Tenkasu (tempura scraps) is an essential ingredient for certain Japanese foods such as okonomiyaki, takoyaki and yakisoba. Tenkasu is created as a by-product when tempura is fried. To deliver our products to you with peace of mind and safety, at our Nagasaki factory in April 2018 we acquired the international food safety system certification “FSSC22000.”
