Ingredients

Vegetables and Fruits(Organic tomato(Italy),Organic Carrot,Organic Onion,Organic Apple,Organic Pumpkin,Organic Date),Sugar(Organic Brown Sugar,Organic Sugar), Organic Soy Sauce, Organic Vinegar, Solt, Modified Food Starch, Alcoholic Brewed seasoning, Eeast Exract, Spices, Kelp, Shiitake Powder(Contain Wheat,Soy,Apple)

OKNOMIYAKI(Vegetable)

Ingredients: 1 serving
Cabbage (coarsely chopped) 150g
Tofu (Firm) 50g
"ABURA AGE (Thin Fried Tofu)"(1cm diced) 30g
Flour 40g
Green Onions (thinly sliced) 5g
"KONBUCHA (tea made of powdered kelp)" 5g
Orgnic OKONOMI SAUCE proper amount
Aonori seaweed proper amount
Instructions
  1. Add water (50 ml) and Firm Tofu in the bowl and mix well with a whisk, add flour when the tofu becomes smaller and mix well. (* Tofu is not drained)
  2. Put cabbage, ABURA AGE (Fried Tofu), green onion, and kobucya in (1) and mix.
  3. Spread on Flat griddle (or hot plate, frying pan) and cook on one side for 3 minutes.
  4. Flip over and cook for 4 minutes.
  5. Flip it over again and bake for 2 minutes.
  6. Spread OKONOMI SAUCE and sprinkle Aonori seaweed over top.

*Please be careful not to contain ingredients derived from animal origin in "KONBUCHA (tea made of powdered kelp)", "ABURA AGE (Fried Tofu)" etc.

Handmade French Fries

Ingredients: 2 serving
Potato 2~3 potatoes
Olive oil (or salad oil) proper amount
Salt and Parsley proper amount
Orgnic OKONOMI SAUCE proper amount
Instructions
  1. Peel the potatoes, cut it to the size of your choice, wash the it in to water, then drain well.
  2. Put oil in a pot, slowly fried potatoes over medium heat, sprinkle with salt.
  3. Serve on a dish and sprinkle with parsley.
  4. Dip it in the Organic OKONOMI SAUCE and eat it.

Sandwich

Ingredients: 2 serving
Your favorite bread 4slices
Lettuce 2~3 leaves
Cucumber 1/2
Red onion 1/2
Tomato 1
Avocado 1/2
Orgnic OKONOMI SAUCE 4~5 Tbsp.
Instructions
  1. Cucumbers, tomatoes, avocados and red onions are sliced, wash the onion with water and drain, tear lettuce with one's hands.
  2. Spread Organic OKONOMI SAUCE to one side of bread (4 sheets), overlay 1/2 amount of vegetables of (1) sandwiching so that the sauce face is inside. (Also make one more)
  3. Let's cut it to a size easy to eat a short while later.

Stir-frid ATSUAGE (Thick Fried Tofu) and Vegetable

Ingredients: 2 serving
"ATSUAGE (Thick Fried Tofu)" 1piece
Kale (or cabbage) 2~3 leaves
Onion 1/2
Bell pepper 1
Red paprika 1/3
Olive oil (or salad oil) proper amount
Salt & Black pepper proper amount
Orgnic OKONOMI SAUCE 2~3 Tbsp.
Instructions
  1. Cut the ATSUAGE (Thick Fried Tofu) in half and into 1 cm width. Cut the kale into large pieces. Cut the onion half and slice it. Cut Bell pepper & Red paprika in bite size.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add onion, ATSUAGE (Thick Fried Tofu) stir-fried until baked on color both sides, add the rest of the vegetables, additionally stir - fry, salt and black pepper.
  3. When heated the all ingredients, add Orgnic OKONOMI SAUCE and finish it.
