Hearing from many of our customers saying “The reservations for Okonomiyaki cooking class is always full, so we can’t join it,” we’d decided to open the OKOSTA at a very convenient place two minute walk from Hiroshima Station. It’s conveniently located to go from famous tourist spots, and we’d like many more people to come OKOSTA and enjoy the fun culture of Okonomiyaki.

  1. Child who is lower than the 5th grade at elementary school needs attendance of adult for each one.
  2. Please contact us by phone for any change or cancellation after you make a reservation.
  3.  The cancellation fee is certain percentage of the total price of the reservation as listed below.
    4.      seven days prior the date of the reservation : 20%
         three days prior the date of the reservation : 50%
         on the day : 100%
  4.  All courses except standard course need a reservation by three days before.
  5. No smoking in the sites.
  6. Due to events, there may be a change of the date and time, or cancellation of the experience.
  7. Due to the weather or a disaster, it may be cancelled out of necessity.
  8. If you make a reservation from the reservation form, make sure that you can get email from us “@otafuku.co.jp.”
  9. Only Japanese guidance course can be reserved on the website.If you need English guidance, please make a reservation by phone.
